Attorney Jimmy Gilbreth of Bellaire, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Jimmy Mark Gilbreth with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law College.

A panel of the District 4-E Grievance Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

While representing several clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Jimmy faield to keep his clients informed about the status of their legal matters.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Jimmy practices at 6750 West Loop Street in Bellaire, Texas.
