Attorney Ike Waobikeze of Houston; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Ike N.A. Waobikeze with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.

The 155th Judicial District Court in Harris County (Houston) found Ike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to notify third person of receipt of funds
  • Failed to keep funds separate until accounting took place

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand and one (1) stayed suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ike by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ike.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Ike practices at 6065 Hilcroft Street in Houston, Texas.
