Attorney Philip Grazier of San Marcos, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Philip M. Grazier with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.

A panel of the District 4-F Grievance Committee found Philip guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client request for information
• Failed to timely respond to ethics complaint (Up Yours, said Phil!)
• Neglected duty to represent client

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Philip by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Phil.
