Attorney Claudene Arrington of Hope, AR; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Claudene T. Arrington with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.

The 5th Judicial District Court found Claudene guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Claudene found it acceptable to communicate about the subject of her representation of a client with a person who she absolutely knew was represented by an attorney without that attorney’s knowledge. Moreover, she never attempted to seek the other attorney’s permission before she spoke to his client.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Luro by gifting her with a complimentary 5-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), 111 East 2nd Street in Hope, Arkansas.
