Attorney James Sullivan of Austin; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented James Judge Sullivan with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Western State University Law College.

A panel of the District 9 Grievance Committee found James guilty of the following misconduct.

Neglected a client’s case

Faield to respond to client’s requests for information

In one matter, Jimmy failed to obtain a signed judgment on behalf of his client for more than one year.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) James practices at 6805 North Capitol of Texas in Austin, Texas.
