Attorney Michael Teague of Houston, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Michael Landon Teague with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the Texas Southern University Law College.

A panel of the District 4 Grievance Committee found Michael guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to provide written fee agreement to client reducing fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Michael practices at 1001 Texas Avenue in Houston.
