Attorney Lisa Goddard-Gikas of Georgetown, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Lisa Goddard-Gikas with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law College.

A panel of the District 8 Grievance Committee found Lisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to refund $576 in unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to respond to numerous calls from client

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Lisa practices at 1102 South Austin Avenue in Georgetown, Texas.
