Judge Michael Maggio of Conway, AR; potty mouth misogynist

The state of Arkansas presented Michael A Maggio with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

Potty Mouth Misogynist Maggio is under investigation by the Judicial Commission for engaging in the following misconduct.

Mike thought it was acceptable to spew forth an assortment of hateful, bigoted and misogynistic comments under a pseudonym on a message board for Louisiana State University (LSU) fans.

Mike Disclosing Confidential Court Information

Mike intentionally disclose confidential court information regarding move star Charlize Theron’s adoption of a black child. In his post, M&M said Ms. Theron came to court with an entourage for the single-parent adoption. He then said, “I offered to be the baby daddy.”

After being busted for disclosing confidential information, Mike had the audacity to ask for privacy for his family in regards to his disgusting conduct. Mike demands privacy for himself, but denies the same for Ms. Theron. Mike gives hypocrisy a bad name!

Mike the Misogynist

Mike suggested that a woman seeking a divorce because her husband cheated on her would be better off financially by staying married if he was a good provider. He went on to say:

• “I see it everyday. A woman makes emotional decision to divorce because the husband stepped out. When otherwise he was a good provider, father, and husband.”
• “Then a year or two later realizes uh oh I am worse off financially, emotionally and relationship wise but hey they showed that SOB.”
• “Too many times the women get their advice from other divorced women.”

Mike the Bigot

In posting about baby names, Mike wrote how a child’s name can effect his or her success by saying:

• “How many Doctors do you hear named Dr. Taneesha or HaHa?” (Reference to black football player Clinton Dix of the Univ. of Alabama)
• “How many bankers do you hear named Brylee?”

Mike the Pervert

Mike the Perv responded to a story about a woman who was arrested for allegedly having sex with a dog by saying:

• Its “just a small step” from having “TGGLBS”  (Transgender, gay, lesbian or bisexual) sex.”
• “How old was the dog?”

The Perv also made the following responses to posted comments

Comment:   “Slut vs. Whore.”

Response:  “Sluts are just whores in training.”

Comment:    “Has anyone here dated an Indian chick?”

Response:    “Teepee or hotel?”

Comment:   “Man calls hooker and daughter shows up.”

Response:  “In Arkansas they don’t call their daughters, the yell Woo Pig Sooie.”

Comment:   “What would be your needed Return Favor for wife to pump you in the butt?”

Response:  “Health girth Asian man?” So you saying she has picked out the guy that will pump you?”

Comment:   “Ever been to the Grand Canyon?”

Response:  “Lets see you taking lady friend to Las Vegas and you want to see Grand Canyon. OT ballers just gamble like Arabs, drink like Indians, and do the Humpty-Hump like rabbits.”

Comment:   “OJ Simpson is Khloe Kardashian’s dad.”

Response:  “ News flash she’s black by injection.”

Comment:   “Evan Bert’s assistants are writing on the wall.”

Response:  “Seeing those pictures proves the old axiom: Women look at two bulges on a man, one in the front of the pants or second one in the back pocket. Whichever one is bigger they can do without the other.”

Comment:   “OT advice, i.e. should I tap that? Update pg. 7.”

Response:  “Rodeo sex…bend her over, slide in from behind, put your arm around and under her neck, lean forward, then whisper in her ear…’this just like your sister liked it’ then try to hold on for 8 seconds.”

All that remains to be seen now is what if any punishment the Arkansas Supreme Court will mete out to Mike for his outrageous conduct.
