Attorney Gary Sklar of Beverly Hills, CA; moron, repeat offender 
The state of California provided Gary Martin Sklar with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.
The California State Bar Court found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to perform legal services competently (Dumbo)

Failed to respond to client’s inquires

Failed to appear at 4 court scheduled hearings on client’s behalf

Due to gross negligence, client’s case was dismissed

Took four (4) years to tell client his case was dismissed
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gary’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for failing to provide competent legal services.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.
