Judge Paul Paruk of Hamtramck, MI; moronic loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Paul J. Paruk with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

Paulie apparently believes he is endowed with extrasensory abilities in that he can determine if someone is lying by just looking at their faces. It may well be that Paulie’s morning breakfast consists of a large bowl of Kryptonite.

Of course this unique ability isn’t the same in determining if a judge or lawyer is lying, because all that requires is for their lips to be moving.

While sitting on the small claims case of Ginnah Muhammad, a conservative Muslim, Pauli

Paulie was assigned to hear the small claims Ginnah Muhammad, a devout and conservative Muslim and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. When Ginnah appeared in Paulie’s court to have her case heard, and in accordance with her religious beliefs, she wore a full veil that left only her eyes exposed.

At the beginning of the proceedings, Paulie directed his court officer to request that Ginnah take off her veil while she was seated in the courtroom. She declined and then approached the bench fully veiled when her case was called.

Paulie then insisted that she bare her face by saying:

“On of the things that I need to do as I am listening to testimony is I need to see your face, and I need to see what's going on.”

“And unless you take that off, I can't see your face, and I can't tell whether you're telling me the truth or not.”

Ginnah declined Paulie’s demand by telling him “I’m a practicing Muslim, and this is my way of life, and I believe in the Holy Koran and God is first in my life.”

Paulie didn’t much give a damn about Ginmah’s religious beliefs because he then gave her a choice to remove her veil or have her case dismissed. Ginnah responded by telling Paulie, “I wish to respect my religion, and so I will not take off my clothes.”

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Paulie remains sitting as a District Court Judge in Hamtramck, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
