Attorney Wade Dann of Yakima; congenital liar

The state of Washington presented Wade Rowland Dann with a law license 
in 1973 after he graduated from the University of California, Hastings 
Law School. 

The Washington State Bar Wade Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

Wade found it acceptable to lie to four different clients concerning which lawyers and law 
firm employees were working on their individual cases. 

While a partner at Ulin, Dann and Lambe, Wade switched his initials on billing statements 
for those of an associate and claimed the associate’s work as his own on at least two different 
cases. 

While a partner at Dann Greenberg Radder, Wade switched the initials of paraprofessionals 
who had worked on two different cases so that the clients were misled as to who had actually 
performed the work. 

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Wade’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. 
He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in conduct involving fraud, 
deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 
Washington State Supreme Court punished Wade by gifting him with a complimentary 
1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (March 2014), Wade practices with Wade R. Dann Associates LLC in Yakima, Washington.
