Attorney Roderic Carucci of Reno; lying loser 

The state of Nevada presented Roderic Alan Carucci with a law license 
in 1995 after he graduated from Southwestern Law School. 

The Nevada State Bar Rod found Rod guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rod submitted false documentation to a consumer lender to obtain
approval to purchase a boat. He submitted false income tax returns, which were never filed
with the IRS, and false personal income statements.

In his marriage dissolution action deposition, Rod admitted submitting the false loan 
documentation. He also admitted these actions to disciplinary investigators. 

However, when Rod learned that the lender had destroyed all of the supporting loan 
documentation, he attempted to recant his admission and change his sworn testimony. 
Unfortunately for Rod, the hearing panel found his new and improved testimony “not credible” 
and entered a finding that he had “attempted to deceive this panel while under oath by telling 
the truth while under examination before this panel.”

Because Attorney Misfits in Nevada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then
everyone else, Rod was never criminally charged for perjury. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada 
State Supreme Court punished Rod by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension
of his law license. 

As we speak (March 2014), Rod practices with the Law Offices of Roderic Carucci at 702 
Plumas Street in Reno, Nevada.
