Attorney Richard Walls of Owensboro, KY; thief

The state of Kentucky presented Richard Lee Walls with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client requests for information
• Failed to return unearned portion of fee to client (crook)
• Failed to respond to bar complaint (Up Yours, said Dick!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2014), Dick practices at 327 West 9^th Street in Owensboro, Kentucky.
