Attorney Mark Buckman of Sacramento; cheating loser

The state of California provided Mark Buckman with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of California Berkerly Law School.

The California Bar Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Attempted to collect an unreasonable fee
• Failed to maintain respect for the courts and judges
• Sued client for fees he was not lawfully entitled too

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.
