Attorney Peter Martin of St. Albans, VT; ethical dwarf

The state of Vermont presented Peter J.R. Martin with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain complete records of all client fund

• Failed to provide accountings of client funds to clients

• Engaged in gross negligence 
• Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Pete practices at 195 North Main Street in St. Albans, Vermont.
