Attorney Alan Sheredy of Jeffersonville, VT; ethical misfit

The state of Vermont presented Alan Sheredy with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Vermont Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain positive balance in trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to reconcile trust accounts as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Alan practices at 95 Main Street in Jeffersonville, Vermont.
