Attorney Jeremiah Holland of Tiverton, RI; ethical misfit

The state of Rhode Island presented Jeremiah Holland with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from The New England Law School.

The Rhode Island Ethics Commission found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeremiah failed to comply with an order to provide a response to the Ethics Commission. Put simply, Jeremiah told the Commission, Up Yours!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeremiah by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Jeremiah practices at 3948 Main Road in Tiverton, Rhode Island.
