Attorney Eric Scott of Nampa, ID; ethical dwarf

The state of Idaho presented Eric J. Scott with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Improperly made statements concerning qualifications or integrity of judge
2. Referred to judge as lazy, incompetent and biased
3. Stated judge made up facts to satisfy his former employer
4. Described court ruling as “stunningly nonsensical”
5. Found guilty of contempt of court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
