Attorney Douglas Knutson of Idaho Falls; ethical leprechaun

The state of Idaho presented Douglas Kent Knutson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence
2. Failed to communicate with clients
3. Failed to safeguard client property
4. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary authorities (Up Yours, said Doug!)
5. Knowingly made a false statement of fact
6. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
7. Improperly used trust account for personal purposes
8. Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Doug practices at 353 Westmoreland Drive in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
