Attorney James Morgan of Delmar, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Kathleen James Earl Morgan with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The Third Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in fraudulent conduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)
• Pursued frivolous claims on behalf of client

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the enablers for attorney misconduct sitting on the Third Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.
