Attorney Carol Eldridge of Manchester, NH; ethical misfit

The state of New Hampshire presented Carol L. Eldridge with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Franklin Pierce Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

Carol found it acceptable to engage in the practice of law despite the fact that she was not licensed at the time to so act. Luckily for Carol she didn’t engage in this misconduct in California. If she had, she could have been charged with a felony.

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
