Attorney Philip Brouillard of Laconia, NH; ethical misfit

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Philip A. Brouillard with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

 

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to explain legal matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions re: representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Phil practices at 16 Academy Street in Laconia, New Hampshire.
