Attorney Timothy Barrett of North Conway, NH; ethical dwarf

The state of New Hampshire presented Kathleen Timothy J.A. Barrett with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Ava Maria Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Timmy!)
2. Failed to communicate with clients
3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
4. Failed to appear at scheduled hearing on client’s behalf
5. Failed to give prior notice to client of withdrawal of representation

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Timmy practices with Barrett Law, PLLC at 2655 White Mountain Highway in North Conway, New Hampshire.
