Attorney Sonja Duckstein of Phoenix; Dumbo

The state of Arizona presented Sonja S. Duckworth with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Case Western University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Sonja guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Sonja by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Sonja practices with the Law Office of Sonja Duckstein at 3001 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
