The state of
The Arizona State Bar found Lee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
In one matter, Lee found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law during the time his license was suspended
During the time Lee practiced without a license, he appeared at a number of court hearings and represented at least twenty (20) clients.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
