Attorney Brian Guillorn of New York City; ethical leprechaun

The state of New York presented Brian W. Guillorn with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Misappropriated (stole) client or third-party funds
  2. Failed to maintain required trust account records
  3. Improperly made cash withdrawals from trust account
  4. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  5. Wrote checks on insufficient account (rubber)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Disciplinary Commission punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Brian practices at 515 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
