Attorney Jill Devine of Warrendale, PA; thief

The state of Pennsylvania presented Jill Devine with a law license in 1989.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Jill guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Misappropriated (stole) third party funds
3. Failed to safeguard client funds
4. Failed to respond to client requests for information
5. Failed to notify client or third party of receipt of funds
6. Failed to communicate with clients
7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jill by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Jill practices with Myers Law Group LLC at 17025 Perry Highway in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
