The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

Sammy found it acceptable to misappropriate (steal) client funds to finance a scheme whereby he sent money to a foreign businessman.

Subsequently, Sammy pleaded guilty in the Burlington County Superior Court to charges of theft for his failure to make required disposition of property her received and also theft by deception. The thefts involving two clients amounted to nearly $80,000.

Sammy the Thief also admitted to stealing over $100,000 from several other clients over the period of seven or eight years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Sammy by disbarring him.

Seven years after Sammy was disbarred, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reinstated his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks living in New Jersey to know that there is yet another convicted thief practicing law compliments of the morons sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Sammy practices at 42 William Feather Drive in Vorhees, New Jersey.
