Attorney Robert Hulnick Jr. of West Chester, PA; serial thief

The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert B. Hulnick Jr. with a law license in 1980.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby conducted a real estate closing for Bruce and Judy Scranton to refinance an existing mortgage loan on their home.

Funds in the amount of $42,500 were deposited into Bobby’s escrow account. Said funds were to be used to payoff the existing first mortgage loan for the Scranton’s

Instead of paying off the mortgage, Bobby began to withdraw various sums from the escrow account to pay for his own personal expenses. The total amount that Bobby misappropriated (stole) was between $30,000 and $35,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by ordering that he be disbarred.

Ten years after he was disbarred, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court voted to reinstate Bobby the Thief’s law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Pennsylvania are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby was never criminally charged with stealing over $30,000 from his clients.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Bobby practices at 525 Beaumont Circle in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Bobby does not carry legal malpractice insurance
