Attorney Radford Raines of O’Fallon, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Radford Reuben Raines with a law license in 1989.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Radford guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Radford!)
• Violated or attempted to violated disciplinary rules or assisted another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Radford by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6 -month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Radford.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Radford practices at 1245 Woodrow Park Drive in O’Fallon, Missouri.
