Attorney Jay Yorke of Dexter, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Jay R. Yorke with a law license in 1985.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to expedite client’s litigation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary term of probation.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Jay practices at 16 East Stoddard Street in Dexter, Missouri.
