Charles entered a plea of guilty in federal court to willfully failing to pay his personal income tax.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Phil.
