Attorney Raymond Musgrave of Point Pleasant, WV; ethical misfit

The state of West Virginia presented Raymond G. Musgrave with a law license in 1964

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain proper trust account records
• Failed to provide written fee agreements to clients
• Failed to follow proper billing procedures

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2014), Ray practices in the Point Pleasant, West Virginia area.
