Attorney David Rolfe of Parker, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided David S. Rolfe with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a trial court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Intentionally withheld guardian’s report from trial court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Dave practices with David S. Rolfe LLC at

19751 East Main Street in Parker, Colorado.
