Attorney Declan O’Donnell of Castle Rock, CO; thief

The state of Colorado provided Declan J. O’Donnell with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Declan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged and collect excessive fees (thief)
• Failed to promptly return unearned fees
• Engaged in conflicts of interest
• Failed to warn clients of potential or actual conflicts of interest

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Declan’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Declan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Declan practices with the O’Donnell Law Offices at 1944 Tee Lane in Castle Rock, Colorado.
