Attorney Arthur Porter of Colorado Springs; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Arthur Wood Porter with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Arthur guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  2. Recklessly made false statements of material fact to a trial court
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Knowingly made false statements in disciplinary investigation (Up Yours, said Art!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Arthur by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Arthur practices at 19 Sanford Road in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
