Attorney Dwight Packard of Hampden, ME; serial liar

The state of Ohio presented Dwight Arthur Packard with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Northern Kentucky Law School.

The Butler County Ohio  Bar Association found Dwight guilty of the following misconduct

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Persistently lied to his client about the status of her case
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Dwight practices at 8 Liberty Avenue in Hampden, Maine.
