Attorney Orlando Williams of Cincinnati; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Orlando with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

Pete could have retired in 1994 after serving 15 years and would have collected $133,600 for the balance of his life. However, he decided to enrich himself by refusing to fully retire so that he would benefit from judicial pay increases totaling $66,000 since 1994.

At one time, Orlando was employed as an Akron Municipal Court judge.

In one matter, Orlando, 55, and his girlfriend, Ashley Boykin, 26, were arrested at his home following a quarrel. At the time Ashley was pregnant.

Both Orlando and Ashley were charged by Akron police following the incident on Cromwell Drive in Akron.

Orlando was charged with a misdemeanor offense of misconduct at an emergency. Ashley was charged with domestic violence menacing. Orlando was freed on a $2,500 bond set in the Akron Municipal Court.

Police said Orlando called 911 during an argument with Ashley. He later tried to cancel the call and asked to be left alone; however, police are required to respond to respond to domestic calls and forced their way inside the home.

The police said Orlando had facial and other injuries. He told police the argument was over Ashley’s pregnancy and his fathering of the child.

While serving as a Municipal Court judge, Orlando resigned about the time it was disclosed that he had a personal relationship with Ashley. At that time, Orlando denied any romantic relationship. Is it possible that Ashley became pregnant the same way that Mary did when she gave birth to Jesus?

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Orlando practices at 119 East Court Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
