Attorney William Schumann of Westerville, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented William Manning Schumann with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Bill guilty of the following misconduct

Billy found it acceptable to place his client’s signature on an affidavit of expenses, notarize the signature, and then file the sham affidavit in court without his client’s consent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bill by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Bill practices at 5358 Lake Shore Avenue in Westerville, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus.
