Attorney Julianne Herzog of Omaha; ethical misfit

The state of Nebraska presented Julianne Dunn Herzog with a law license in 1976 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Julie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed several frivolous appeals
• Acted without the authorization of guardian
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Filed various claims that were not meritorious

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Nebraska Supreme Court punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2012) Julie practices at 209 South 19^th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
