Attorney Richard Ellinger of Anoka, MN; lying loser

 

The state of Minnesota presented Richard T. Ellinger with a law license in 1982.

 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
  • Mismanaged his trust account
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Dick!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Dick’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  1. Failed to communicate with clients
  2. Made false statements to disciplinary investigator
  3. Failed to act with due diligence
  4. Exceeded the scope of his representation
  5. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Dick!)
  6. Faield to expedite client’s litigation
  7. Misappropriated (stole) client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Dick practices at 316 Rice Street in Anoka, Minnesota.
