Attorney Tracy Eichhorn-Hicks of Minneapolis; repeat offender

The state of Minnesota presented Tracy R. Eichhorn-Hicks with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Misused his trust account
  2. Failed to maintain proper trust account records
  3. Made false statements (lied) to ethics investigator
  4. Temporarily misappropriated (stole) funds
  5. Filed false certification on attorney registration statements
  6. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tracy’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting him with a complimentary 1- year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Tracy practices with Eichhorn-Hicks & Associates at 1660 Highway 100 South in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
