Attorney Ronald Rauenshuh Jr. of Ortonville, MN; ethical misfit

The state of Minnesota presented Ronald R. Rauenshuh Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Ron guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Altered deed after it was executed
  • Made negligent misrepresentations (lied) to ethics investigator
  • Entered into assignment of contract with client w/o making adequate disclosures to client concerning fairness of the assignment

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Ron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Ron practices at 129 N.W. 2nd Street in Ortonville, Minnesota.
