Attorney Donald Wilkerson of Honolulu; tax cheat, repeat offender

The state of Hawaii presented Donald Lee Wilkerson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Donnie pleaded no contest to nine (9) criminal counts of willfully failing to file a general excise tax return.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Donnie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Donnie practices with the Law Office of Donald L. Wilkerson at 1003 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
