Attorney Emmanuel Guerrero of Honolulu; tax cheat

The state of Hawaii presented Emmanuel G. Guerrero with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Emmanuel guilty of the following misconduct.

Emmanuel pleaded no contest to three (3) criminal counts of willfully failing to file a general excise tax return.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Emmanuel practices with the Law Offices of Emmanuel G. Guerrero, LLLC at 8 South King Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
