Attorney Angelo Nicolosi of Rockford, IL; serial drunk

The state of Illinois presented Angelo John Nicolosi with a law license in 1979. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Angelo guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the course of ten (10) years, Angelo the Drunk was criminally convicted three (3) different times of driving under the influence (DUI).

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Brian was never criminally charged for theft.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Angelo by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Commission didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Angelo.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Angelo practices at 221 North Main Street in Rockford, Illinois.
