In one matter, Johnny knowingly engaged in prohibited political activity and improperly addressed the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors by suggesting that the sheriff’s office increase the issuance of traffic citations to help increase justice court productivity credits and salaries.

It is obvious that Johnny’s motivation was to increase his salary and/or those working in the court system and to do so at the expense of the taxpayers in GreenleeCounty.

One surely has to wonder how many times Johnny stuck it to a defendant in a traffic case for the sole purpose of enriching himself. Kind of gives a new meaning to the term “Justice for Sale.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Johnny remains sitting as a Justice Court Judge for GreenleeCounty, Duncan, Arizona.
