2. Guilty of one (1) count of unsatisfactory conduct
3. Drafted false invoices re: fees
4. Failed to comply with trust account requirements
5. Failed to provide cost statement to client
6. Failed to deposit client funds into trust account as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $40,000 fine.
