Attorney Joseph Churkovich of Victoria, AUS; ethical misfit

Joseph Denis Churkovich was presented with a law license in 1980.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Joe guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Rose!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Joe by gifting him with a $1,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Joe practices with Mulcahy Churkovich Lawyers at 412 Toorak Road in Toorak, Victoria, Australia.
