Edwin Mark Donnelly was presented with a law license in 1984

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Edwin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file required business activity statements for two years
• Convicted of various tax offenses
• Failed to give notice of criminal conviction when applying for license renewal
• Evaded payment of $53,000 in taxes

As to the tax offenses, Edwin was convicted of 10 criminal offenses of failing to file tax returns and was fined $15,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Edwin by gifting him with a public reprimand and fined $2,500.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Edwin practices with Donnelly & Associates at 7027 Southport Nerang Road in Queensland, Australia.
